1. Our Services

GetLLC provides administrative and filing assistance services, including but not limited to LLC formation support, EIN assistance, ITIN coordination, banking and phone number facilitation, and related compliance services

We act as a service facilitator and intermediary. We are not a law firm, registered agent, bank, payment institution, or government authority., registered agent, bank, payment institution, or government . Final approvals, processing times, and outcomes are determined by third-party authorities such as state agencies, the IRS, banks, and other service providers.

Certain services, including mail handling and forwarding, are billed on a recurring monthly basis as disclosed at checkout and are governed by separate service-specific policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Submit valid and authentic documents
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes

You acknowledge that incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, rejections, or additional requirements for which GetLLC is not responsible.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, text, images, and materials on this website are the exclusive property of GetLLC LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. GetLLC does not store or directly process sensitive payment information.

You authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the services selected at checkout.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

• Services that have already been initiated, submitted, or processed are non-refundable
• Government fees, registered agent fees, banking partner fees, and third-party costs are non-refundable
• Refunds may be issued only if an error directly caused by GetLLC prevents service initiation
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• All refunds are issued at GetLLC’s reasonable discretion after internal review

Delays or rejections caused by third-party authorities, document issues, or compliance requirements do not qualify for refunds.

7. No Legal or Tax Advice

GetLLC does not provide legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice. All information provided is for general administrative assistance only. You are responsible for consulting licensed professionals for advice specific to your situation.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties regarding approval outcomes, processing timelines, or third-party decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetLLC, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or misuse of any service provided.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action, claim, or proceeding not subject to arbitration under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Wyoming, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any transaction between you and GetLLC shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith written communication.

If such dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, conducted on an individual basis, in accordance with applicable arbitration laws. Class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings are not permitted.

You agree that arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive forum for resolving disputes, except where prohibited by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Waiver, Severability & Assignment

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of our right to enforce such provision at any later time.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor, affiliate, or entity associated with the Services without restriction.
