GetLLC facilitates mail handling and forwarding services through third-party mailroom or registered office providers for administrative and compliance purposes.
Mail handling and forwarding services are mandatory for all Non-resident clients using GetLLC services in order to:
Mail services are provided through independent third-party providers. GetLLC does not directly control mail receipt, scanning, forwarding, storage, or delivery once mail is received by such providers.
Accordingly, GetLLC is not responsible for delays, loss, misdelivery, or mishandling of mail caused by postal services, courier companies, or third-party mailroom providers beyond reasonable coordination efforts.
Mail handling services are billed on a recurring monthly basis.Fees are disclosed at checkout and billed automatically until cancellation.
Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
Clients may request cancellation of mail handling services at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation of mail services may result in:
