• If GetLLC is unable to initiate your service due to an internal error directly caused by us
• If a duplicate payment was made for the same service
• If a refund request is submitted before service initiation

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Delays caused by third-party authorities, including state agencies, the IRS, banks, or verification partners
• Rejections, requests for additional documents, or compliance issues
• Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information or documents provided by the client
• Government fees, registered agent fees, banking partner fees, or third-party processing costs
• Change of mind after service initiation
• Recurring monthly mail handling fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Cancellation prevents future charges only

GetLLC does not guarantee approvals, timelines, or outcomes, as these are determined by external authorities.
